Validation rules for the createDynamicLOC operation.

Composes shared rule factories for required fields:

• beneficiary: address format + allowlist (sync)
• expirationTimestampSeconds: format + bounds (sync + async)
• collateralTokenAmount: address + amount + vault sufficiency (sync + async)

Inline rules:

• creditedTokenAmount: address/amount format + async credited token validity
• tag: global length and bound-deployment compatibility checks (optional)
• priceUpdate: oracle freshness check when provided (optional)
• creator: when set, must match the connected signer (async) — the buildCreateDynamicLOCTransaction seam enforces the same rule

Vault allowance is intentionally NOT checked here. The workflow builder auto-handles allowance (requesting a signature or depositing as needed), so surfacing an allowance error in form validation would block submission for a condition the workflow resolves automatically.
