CollateralBalance

An account’s balance of one token inside the CollateralVault, split by whether it is currently allocated to a reserving contract. available + reserved is the total held in the vault for that token. Amounts are in the token’s smallest unit.

Deposited amount not currently reserved by any contract. This is what a new LOC can draw on and what withdrawals (net of the vault fee, see getVaultWithdrawalFeeBasisPoints) come out of.

Amount locked under active collateral reservations for this account. Not withdrawable and not usable for a new LOC until the reserving contract releases or consumes its reservation.
