dateToEthereumTimestamp()

function dateToEthereumTimestamp(d): bigint;

Converts a JavaScript Date to the Unix-seconds bigint the protocol uses for every on-chain timestamp (expirationTimestampSeconds, createdTimestampSeconds). Truncates sub-second precision toward zero. Inverse of ethereumTimestampToDate.
