CreateLOCPipeDelimitedTagConfig

Config-driven form schema for an ordered pipe-delimited LOC tag.

Remarks

The delimiter is deliberately fixed to | so downstream consumers can interpret tags consistently. Fixed segments are never editable; input segments are rendered by the React create form and returned by stable key.
