getMaxLOCDuration()

function getMaxLOCDuration(ctx): Promise<number>;

Fetches the current max LOC duration in seconds from the LetterOfCredit contract.

LOCs can be active for a longer duration than this if extended, but at no point in time may a LOC be valid for more than this amount of time.
