Validation for the sequential Multicall cancellation + vault withdrawal path.

Unlike direct cancelLOC, the immediate contract caller is Multicall, so every unexpired cancellation needs beneficiary authorization even when the transaction signer is the beneficiary. Expired calls consume no nonce. The cancellation batch is atomic internally; the later withdrawal is a separate wallet operation.
