A fixed segment in a pipe-delimited LOC tag.

Stable integration-owned identifier for this segment. Keys must be unique, start with a letter, and contain only letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens.

Literal value included in every assembled tag. Must be printable ASCII and cannot contain the canonical delimiter.
